Release 35 rolls out the new Certiverse brand across the platform: refreshed colours, navigation, landing page, login screens, and pre-exam flows. It also makes the exam search bar always visible and renames "Marketplace" to "Exam Store."
Please note: In the interest of informing our customers as early as possible of any platform changes, we are sharing these release notes in advance of the software release. The final updates may vary and will be documented accordingly.
Branding & Visual Refresh
Fresh Certiverse Look Across the Platform
The whole platform now uses the new Certiverse color palette, so buttons, text, and containers everywhere share one consistent, modern look. Account Settings opens in light mode when reached from the certiverse.com homepage, while the light/dark toggle stays available from Test Development.
Updated Top Navigation and Header
The certiverse.com navigation and header have been redesigned with the new brand. Before logging in, visitors see the new logo, an organization search bar, four new menu items (Product, Solutions, Pricing, Resources), a login menu, and a language selector. After logging in, the login button is replaced by My Exams and Test Development links plus a user avatar menu.
Redesigned Landing Page
The main certiverse.com landing page has a new design, updated visuals, and better performance. The footer now links About, Team, and Contact to their matching pages, and the main call-to-action buttons point to the right destinations. Trust Centre, Privacy Statement, and Terms links are unchanged.
New Favicon and Loading Screens
The browser tab icon and the main loading screens now match the new brand, including the platform loader, post-login screen, session-expired screen, error page, Terms dialog, and email verification screen. A few areas such as the Test Driver and Survey screens keep the previous animation until they are migrated.
Navigation & Discovery
"Marketplace" Renamed to "Exam Store"
The header link once called "Marketplace" is now "Exam Store," making its purpose clearer. This is a label-only change: the destination, icon, position, and styling all stay the same.
Search Bar Always Visible, Plus a "Take a Test" Button
Finding and booking exams is now easier on any device. The organisation search bar is always visible, a new "Take a Test" button scrolls straight to it on desktop, and the bar stays pinned to the top on mobile. It also has a refreshed look and clearer placeholder text.
Login & Candidate Experience
Rebranded Standard Login Page
The main login page (reached by clicking "Log in" on certiverse.com) now reflects the new Certiverse brand, including the forgotten-password screen. The update is purely visual, with no change to how signing in works.
Rebranded Organization SSO Login Screen
The organization Single Sign-On login screen now matches the new Certiverse brand, with updated styling across desktop, mobile, and major browsers. Only the visuals changed — sign-on configuration and authentication work exactly as before.
Refreshed Pre-Exam and My Exams Screens
The screens candidates see before an exam — System Compatibility Check, Exam Rules & Policies, Rule Violations, and the Mac/Windows troubleshooting guides — plus the My Exams page now use the new look, with updated tutorial animations. All exam functionality, including live proctored exams, works as before.
Rebranded Secure Exam Browser Page
The Secure Exam Browser page has a new branded design and an upgraded framework underneath for better performance. Booking, pre-flight, test driver, and login flows all continue to work without any change.
