This release adds proctor notes to bookings and booking details, strengthens rescoring safety with confirmation modals, introduces exam form copy without items, and improves reporting visibility for accommodation management and candidate support.

Please note: In the interest of informing our customers as early as possible of any platform changes, we are sharing these release notes in advance of the software release. The final updates may vary and will be documented accordingly.

BI & Reporting

Add Proctor Notes Column to Exam Store Bookings Report

A new hidden-by-default "Proctor Notes" column has been added to the Exam Store Bookings Report, giving Client Admins and Certiverse team members quick visibility into accommodation details and special instructions for candidate sessions. If proctor notes exist for a booking, the column displays a "View Proctor Notes" button that navigates to the Booking Details page; if no notes exist, it shows "N/A". This eliminates the need for proctors to manually search through Teams, spreadsheets, or emails to find accommodation information, reducing missed accommodations and ensuring a more consistent candidate experience.

Add Proctor Notes with Accommodations and Instructions to Booking Details

A new “Add Proctor Notes" button has been added to the Booking Details page, allowing Client Admins and Certiverse team members to attach accommodation details and special instructions directly to a candidate's reservation. Client Admins can select from a predefined list of accommodations (additional breaks, screen readers, proctor gender, live reader/check-in assistance, medical/hearing devices) with optional descriptions, while Certiverse staff additionally have access to a free-text field (up to 250 characters) for custom instructions. Proctor notes are tied to the individual person reservation, ensuring targeted accommodations per candidate. Client Admins can only view accommodation entries, not custom instructions added by CV staff. This centralizes information that was previously scattered across Teams, spreadsheets, and emails, reducing missed accommodations and improving the candidate experience.

Add Confirmation Modals for Publish and Cancel Actions in Rescoring

Within Exam Management > Rescoring, the Publish and Cancel Rescoring actions now require a double confirmation step via a dialog modal to prevent accidental irreversible operations. Clicking Publish displays a modal asking "Are you sure you want to publish X results?", while clicking Cancel Rescoring prompts "Are you sure you want to undo rescoring for these results?" — both including the count of affected results. The action toolbar buttons have also been reordered (Export, Cancel Rescoring, Rescore, Publish) and restyled to match the design system, improving visual distinction and reducing the risk of misclicks. This change was driven by direct client feedback where results were unintentionally published due to button proximity.

Exam Management

Add Option to Copy Exam Form Structure Without Items

The existing Copy Exam Form functionality now includes a toggle option to copy an exam form without its items, effectively replacing the need for Org-managed exam form templates. When the option is turned off, a new exam form is created retaining all test parts, sections, scoring rules, and other settings from the source form — but with no items attached — allowing users to quickly set up a new form structure and populate it independently. By default, the toggle is set to copy items, preserving the current behavior. This streamlines exam form creation and reduces reliance on the legacy template workflow.
