Item Management

AI bulk content: remove confirmation modal before generation
Clicking Generate Items in the AI Bulk Generation sidesheet now submits the generation job immediately, removing the "Start Bulk Generation?" confirmation modal. The sidesheet transitions directly to the in-progress state, showing the spinner and generation status as before. No other changes were made to the in-progress state or the upload-in-progress warning dialog.

Exam Management

Blueprint Driven Fixed Form - Card-based form selection screen
The Add Form screen now presents two workflow options: Blueprint-Driven Fixed Form and Start From Scratch. Selecting Blueprint-Driven Fixed Form begins a guided setup that checks item pool readiness before form creation, while Start From Scratch continues to the existing manual item selection workflow unchanged. Where Blueprint-Driven Fixed Form isn't supported for an exam's configuration, a message directs the user to use Start From Scratch instead.

A new pool health check has been added to the Blueprint-Driven Fixed Form workflow. Before form generation begins, the system verifies that the item bank has enough approved and active items per topic to meet the blueprint's requirements, and displays a Form Readiness screen showing which topics are short if the check fails. When all topics pass, the Form Readiness screen shows a per-topic breakdown along with the passing score and number of forms before the user proceeds to form generation.

Blueprint Driven Fixed Form - form generation
The Blueprint-Driven Fixed Form workflow now includes automated multi-form generation from the approved item pool. Forms are generated in a Draft and Inactive state for review, distributing items across topics according to the blueprint, avoiding enemy-item conflicts, and including a small shared set of common items on every form to support post-delivery comparison. An in-app notification is sent once generation completes.

Connectors & Integrations

Self Service API Services - API Key Management & Permissions (Eligibility, Results Pull, Provisioning)
A new API Keys management area has been added to the Connectors section of the left navigation, allowing organizations to generate, view, copy, regenerate, and delete Partner API keys directly. Each key supports independent permission toggles for Eligibility, Results Pull, Provisioning, Exam Stop, Voucher, and Promo Code APIs, with keys expiring automatically after one year. Existing eligibility access is preserved when results pull permissions are added, and previously issued keys and permissions remain unaffected.

Other

Move Org Selection to a Global and Single Location
The Organization selector has been moved to a single, consistent location in the global navigation bar, replacing its previous inconsistent placement across different screens. Users with access to multiple organizations see a dropdown in the nav bar, while users with a single organization see it displayed as static text, and the selected organization now stays synchronized across pages, sessions, and devices. Existing multi-org filter selections on cross-org reports and the Support portal User Search screen are unaffected.
