Please note: In the interest of informing our customers as early as possible of any platform changes, we are sharing these release notes in advance of the software release. The final updates, including the target release date, may vary and will be documented accordingly.

AI Content Generation

Prompt AI-built topics after Blueprint creation
After clicking “Create” on the Create Blueprint form with the Start from Scratch workflow, a “Generate topics with AI” dialog now asks whether to have Certiverse AI generate the topics. Selecting “Generate with AI” opens the source material review sidesheet. Selecting “Not now” opens the Blueprint, where the “Generate topics with AI” button remains available.

Generate topics with AI Blueprint entry point
A “Generate topics with AI” button with a sparkle icon now appears on a Blueprint that has no topics, next to the “Add topic” button. Selecting “Generate topics with AI” opens the content review sidesheet, and “Add topic” opens the add topic sidesheet. Blueprints that already contain topics are not affected.

AI topic generation RAG content review step
Selecting “Generate topics with AI” now opens a sidesheet that lists the Blueprint’s existing source material, with Document Name, Upload Date and Status columns. Users can add files with the “Upload material” button, and a warning advises uploading only content relevant to the exam. If files are still processing when “Generate topics” is clicked, a “Material processing in progress” dialog offers “Wait” or “Proceed anyway”. Generation can also proceed with no source material.

Auto-create and display AI-generated Blueprint topics
Topics generated by AI are now created in the Blueprint automatically, including each topic’s name, description and weight. While topics are being generated, the page shows a “Generating topics” loading indicator. A “Topic generation” in-app notification with a “View topics” button appears when the process finishes. If no topics are generated, the user is informed and no topics are created.

Blueprint

Default SME review settings to enabled on new blueprints
The “Allow SME to Review Items Without Writing Items” and “Allow SME to Review Items They Previously Reviewed” settings are now enabled by default on newly created Blueprints. Admins can still turn off either setting. Existing Blueprints keep their current settings.

Candidate Experience

Fix system check dialog accessible name and focus
The system check dialog now has an accessible name that matches its visible title, so screen readers announce it when it opens. Initial focus moves to the start of the dialog instead of the “Download Installer” button, and focus returns to the control that opened the dialog when it closes. Tab order follows the visual reading order.

Delivery

Show reported incidents in “Show Video Events” with lead-in
In Proctoring Playback, proctor-reported incidents now appear in the timeline log when “Show Video Events” is selected. Each reported incident has a play button that starts the video 5 seconds before the incident was flagged, or at 0:00 if it was flagged earlier. Pending and rejected incidents remain hidden, and play buttons on other video events still jump to their exact timestamp.

Item Management

Default and persistent sort order in Item Management
Item Management now sorts items by created date, newest first, by default in all status views. A column sort selected by the user is retained after page reloads, and “Reset Columns” restores the default sort. Previous and Next navigation in item details now follows the order shown in the grid.

Update mismatched email invitation error copy
The error message shown when an invitee signs in with an account that does not match the invitation has been updated for Self-Starter and External Organization Administrator invitations. The new text explains that the account must use the same email address as the invitation and points the user to the Accept Invite link in their email. The “We couldn’t process your invitation” heading is unchanged.

Scheduling Process

Fix time slot dropdown accessible name
The time slot dropdown now announces its purpose to screen readers using a single label that matches its visible label, instead of the placeholder text. The dropdown no longer references the placeholder through aria-labelledby. The visual appearance and behavior of the dropdown are unchanged.

Store

Announce exam search result updates to screen readers
Exam search now announces the number of results to screen readers each time the results update, for example “8 results found” or “No results found.” Focus stays in the search field while typing. The full list of results is not read aloud with each update.

Store Exam

Modify label and tooltip for the disable secure browser toggle
The Secure Browser toggle in Store Exam Delivery Settings is now labeled “Allow Certiverse Support to disable Secure Browser”. Its tooltip now reads “Keep this setting on to allow the Certiverse support team to disable Secure Browser when a candidate cannot install or run it.” The behavior, default value and permissions of the toggle are unchanged.

Other

Add quick filter to ag-grids: Design and Develop
A quick filter input has been added above the tables in Design and Develop, including Blueprints, JTAs, Item Management, Exams, Exam Forms and Standard Setting. Users can type free text and the table updates as they type, showing only rows that contain the text in the visible columns. The quick filter works together with existing column menu filters, and clearing the input restores the full table.
