BI & Reporting
Exam Store Bookings report updates
A new hidden-by-default "Proctor Notes" column has been added to the Exam Store Bookings Report, giving Client Admins and Certiverse team members quick visibility into accommodation details and special instructions for candidate sessions. If proctor notes exist for a booking, the column displays a "View Proctor Notes" button that navigates to the Booking Details page; if no notes exist, it shows "N/A".
Item Management
Store and display LLM explanations for all review questions in item history
Item History now displays the AI's explanation for every review question in an AI review, including those answered positively. The red row highlighting and attention icon are applied only when the AI's response was negative, so positively answered questions display their explanation without any warning styling.
Improve Certiverse AI attribution display for AI-reviewed items
The Certiverse AI avatar and label have been corrected across Item Management so that AI-reviewed items are attributed accurately in the List view, Summary tab, and History tab. Previously, some AI-performed reviews displayed the wrong avatar or were missing the AI label; these now consistently show correctly.
Scheduling Process
Booking Details page: add Proctor Notes
A new "Add Proctor Notes" button has been added to the Booking Details page, allowing Client Admins and Certiverse team members to attach accommodation details and special instructions directly to a candidate's reservation. Client Admins can select from a predefined list of accommodations with optional descriptions, while Certiverse staff additionally have access to a free-text field (up to 250 characters) for custom instructions.
Store Exam
Add Image Support Back to Custom Emails (Store Portal & Test Center Portal)
Admins can once again embed images in custom email templates across both the Store Portal and Test Center Portal. This update restores the image insertion capability that was previously removed during the November Quill editor update, allowing organizations to include branding assets such as logos and visual content directly within candidate-facing emails.
