Authoring

Prompt AI-built tasks & domains after JTA creation
The Job Task Analysis creation flow now includes a prompt to generate Tasks and Domains with AI immediately after clicking Create. The prompt offers the option to generate tasks and domains automatically or skip and proceed to the JTA screen without AI assistance. All existing functionality remains unchanged for users who choose not to use AI generation.

Exam Management

Remove Exam Form Templates from Exam Forms
The Create Form screen has been updated to remove the Form Template field, replacing it with a read only Exam Form Type field that automatically reflects the exam's Live, Beta, or Standard Setting type. The Form Template Type field on the form's Summary tab has been renamed to Exam Form Type, and the Template Name field has been removed from that tab. Existing forms retain their current type value under the renamed field, and all existing functionality remains unchanged.

Remove Template configuration from Admin portal
Form Template configuration has been removed from the Admin Portal for both Internal and External Org Admins. Organization specific templates are no longer available, as all exam forms now use standardized system wide templates for Live, Beta, and Standard Setting form types. No functional changes were made to existing forms created from these templates.

Item Management

Re-translate an item for an existing language via AI
The AI Translate button can now be used to re-run translation on an item that already has a translation for a selected language. Clicking AI Translate on an existing translation displays a confirmation prompt warning that the current translation will be overwritten, and the new translation can be reviewed before saving. All existing functionality for items without a translation remains unchanged.
