This guide walks you through the process of starting as a partner in Certiverse, from receiving an invitation email to signing up, creating an account, and finally accessing the voucher purchase portal and the voucher purchase section.
Step 1: Accept the Invitation
You will receive an email invitation with the following message [see here]
Partner needs to Accept the Invitation:- Click on Accept Invitation in the email.

- If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.You will be redirected to the Certiverse login page.
- If you do not have an account, click Sign Up to create a new one.
- If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.You will be redirected to the Certiverse login page.
- If creating a new account, use the same email address to which the invitation was sent.
- Set up your login by entering your email and password.
- After creating your account, you will see a pop-up prompting you to enter your first and last name.
- After entering your name, you will be directed to the Certiverse home page.
Step 2: Access the Voucher Portal
Once logged in:
- Navigate to the Portals section.
- Click on Voucher Portals.
- You now have full access to manage and distribute vouchers.
Step 3: Managing Vouchers
As a partner, you can:
- Make a Voucher Purchase
- Email vouchers directly to recipients.
- Modify assigned recipients for each voucher.
- Copy voucher codes for manual distribution.
- Bulk activate or deactivate vouchers.
- Set expiration dates for individual vouchers.
- Export voucher codes as a CSV file.
- Download invoices and receipts for financial tracking.
- Archive vouchers that are no longer needed.
