Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Access the Report

  1. Click on Portals – Navigate to the main menu where you’ll find several options.

  2. Click on Reporting – Once in the reporting section, you will have access to various reports.

  3. Click on Billing Delivery Power BI Report – This is the specific report you need for analyzing billing, exams, and vouchers.

Step 2: Explore CV Exams Data

The CV Exams section helps you break down exams taken, and it's useful for identifying trends and patterns.

  1. Filters Available: Client, Month, Year

    • Click on Client – Select the desired client for your analysis.

    • Click Client Again – Once selected, click again to close the filter.

    • Click on Month – Choose the relevant month from the available options.

    • Click on Year – Select the appropriate year to analyze.

  2. Click Pie Chart – To visualize the data distribution and see how the exams are distributed across clients and time.

Step 3: Analyze CV Vouchers Data

The CV Vouchers section provides metrics related to voucher sales and financial data.

  1. Metrics: Sum of Quantity, Voucher Fees Amount, Voucher Purchase Amount

  2. Filters Available: Client, Month, Year

    • Click CV Vouchers – Access voucher-related data.

    • Click Client – Select the client for voucher details.

    • Click Partner – Use this filter for additional selection criteria if required.

Step 4: View Account Summary

The Account Summary section provides an overview of account activities and billing.

  1. Filters Available: Client, Month, Year

  2. Click Account Summary – View the high-level breakdown of account information.

Step 5: Explore Exams Delivered

The Exams Delivered section allows you to track the number and types of exams delivered over time.

  1. Filters Available: Client, Delivery Type, Month, Year

    • Click Exams Delivered – Access this section to analyze exams delivered.

    • Click Delivery Type – Filter exams by specific delivery methods.

    • Unselect Delivery Types – By default, all delivery types are selected. Unselect any unnecessary ones.

    • Click Month – Choose the desired timeframe from available months.

    • Click Select All – Use this to unselect all months or manually choose specific months.

    • Click Expired Exams – Filter for expired exam data.

    • Click Expired – Select the expired exam status and then click Complete to finalize.

    • Hover Over Numbers – Get more insights by hovering over the numbers to view additional tooltips.

  2. Adjust Table Information – Click within the table to adjust what data is displayed according to your preferences.

Configure Visualizations

Different visualizations are available to make your data analysis more insightful:

  1. Pie Charts – These charts are used to represent the distribution of delivery types.

  2. Bar Charts – Bar charts are effective in displaying exams delivered by country.

  3. Tables – Tables are available to show transaction details and come with filtering capabilities for a detailed view.

Set Up Filters

  1. Filters and interactivity settings help you explore data more deeply and efficiently.
  • Use Slicers – Use slicers for Client, Month, Year, and Delivery Type to filter your data.

  2.   The More button allows you to:

  • Export Data – Allows you to export the data for further analysis.

  • Show as a Table – Toggle between visual formats to view data in table format.

  • Spotlight – Highlights specific data points to focus your analysis.

  • Get Insights – Provides automated insights to help interpret the data.

  • Sort Axis – You can choose to sort in either Ascending or Descending order.

  3.  The Filter button next to More

  • "Filters and Slicers Affecting This Visual" Allows you to view a summary of all the applied filters and slicers affecting the current visual.
