      How to Add and Remove Pretest Items from Approved Exam Forms

        • Organizations can now add pretest items to approved or delivered exam forms.

        • Added items are automatically marked as pretest, ensuring no impact on scoring.

        • Users can add items through search or file upload.

      2. Remove Pretest Items:

        • Pretest items can also be removed from approved or delivered exam forms, providing greater control over item rotation.

      3. Automated Item Selection (AIS):

        • If AIS is supported, all selected items are automatically marked as pretest.

        • If AIS is not supported, this feature is disabled during pretest item addition.

      4. Dialog Confirmation:

        • When adding pretest items, users receive a confirmation message to ensure that the selected items will be added as pretest items.

      5. Section-Specific Changes:

        • Pretest items can be added to specific sections of an approved form without removing existing items from that section.

      How It Works

      1. Adding Pretest Items:

        • Navigate to the desired form and select the section where pretest items will be added.

        • Use the search function or file upload to select items.

        • Confirm the addition through the dialog message.

      2. Removing Pretest Items:

        • Select the pretest items you want to remove from the approved form.

        • Confirm the removal to update the form.

      3. Automated Item Selection (AIS):

        • If AIS is enabled, all selected items are automatically categorized as pretest.

        • AIS is disabled if pretest items are being added to an approved form without AIS support.

      4. Delivery Behavior:

        • Pretest item additions or removals are seamlessly reflected without disrupting the delivery of the exam.

      This new feature enhances the flexibility and efficiency of exam management by enabling the dynamic addition and removal of pretest items from approved or delivered forms. By allowing pretest item rotation without republishing, organizations can streamline their processes and maintain the integrity of their exam content.
