This guide explains how to use the new Upload Eligibility feature in the Exam Store Portal to streamline bulk updates for eligibility records.

Steps to Upload an Eligibility File
1. Access the Eligibility Screen
- Go to the Exam Store Portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Eligibility section in the main menu.
- Click the new Upload Eligibility button at the top of the screen.
2. Prepare Your CSV File
1. Access the Guide and Sample File

- Before creating your CSV file, click the Guide link available on the Upload Eligibility page (Instructions for the CSV Eligibility File here)

- Review the detailed instructions in the guide to understand the required fields and format.
- Download the provided sample CSV file to use as a template for your upload.
- Create a CSV file using the required format:
- Email (required): Enter the email address for the record.
- Eligibility Id (optional): Include the eligibility ID if available. If left blank, the system will assign an internal GUID.
- Action: Specify one of the following actions:
- ADD: To add new records.
- UPDATE: To modify existing records.
- DELETE: To remove records.
- Exam Code: Ensure exam codes are valid.
- Save the file in CSV format.
3. Upload the CSV File
- Click Choose File in the Upload Eligibility interface.
- Select your prepared CSV file from your device.
4. Select Actions and Submit
- Click CONFIRM AND UPLOAD to start the process.
5. Monitor Processing and Notifications
- The file will be processed asynchronously, allowing you to continue working.
- You will receive:
- An in-app notification when the process is complete.
- An email notification summarizing the results.
6. Reviewing the Results
- After processing is complete, download the Results File from the provided link in the notification.
- Review the file to check:

- Status of each record (e.g., successful updates) by doing a search of a candidate in Eligibility
