How to Create an End Exam Screen to Display Exam Outcome Results

This guide walks you through the process of creating an end exam screen that displays the exam outcome results using a pre-selected token.

Steps to Create an End Exam Screen

Step 1: Log in and Access the Exam Management Portal

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Certiverse (CV) login page.
  2. Enter your credentials and log in to your account.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to the Exam Management Portal from the main dashboard.
  4. Locate the list of available exams.

Step 2: Select the Exam

  1. Find the exam you want to modify.
  2. Click the VIEW/EDIT button associated with the selected exam.

Step 3: Navigate to "Exam Screens and Score Reports"

  1. In the exam settings, go to the Exam Screens and Score Reports tab.

Step 4: Add a New Screen

  1. Click the ADD SCREEN button located in the top-right corner.
  2. A new screen creation window will appear.

Step 5: Select Screen Position and Type

  1. Click the ADD SCREEN button.

  2. Choose a Screen Position from the three available options:

    • Exam Delivery
    • Exam End
    • Exam Start
  3. Select Exam End as the screen position.

  4. Choose a Screen Type from the four available options:

    • Agreement
    • Author Credits
    • Display Only
    • Score Report
  5. Select Score Report as the screen type.

  6. Decide whether to use an Existing Screen or Create a New Screen:

    • If using an Existing Screen, select the screen name from the list.
    • If creating a New Screen, type a new screen name in the input field.
  1. Click the CREATE button.

Step 6: Configure the Screen Content

  1. In the Screen Content box, type the desired text or insert preselected tokens for outcome results.
  2. Ensure the content is clear and correctly formatted to display the results appropriately.

Step 7: Enable Display Options

By default, the following options are turned off. Toggle them on as needed:

  • Show as End Screen: Displays the results at the end of the exam.
  • Email Score Report Link: Sends a link to the candidate’s email, allowing them to access their score report.
  • Allow Candidate to View from Candidate History Tab: Enables candidates to see their results in the "My Exams" section of their dashboard.

Step 8: Activate the Screen

  1. Toggle the Active option to ensure the screen is enabled and will be displayed to candidates.

Step 9: Save by clicking UPDATE

  1. Review the screen content and selected options.
  2. Click UPDATE to apply the changes.

Additional Notes

  • If you need to edit an existing screen, repeat Steps 1-4 and select the screen to modify.
  • Use tokens correctly to ensure dynamic result display.
