How to Delete a Connector in Skilljar Integration
Deleting a connector from your Skilljar integration is a simple process.
Tap the video to pause the demo or manually advance each step.
Step 1: Navigate to the Portals Section
- Log in to your Certiverse account
- Click Portals.
Step 2: Access the Store
- Once you're in the Portals section, click on Store.
Step 3: Select and Edit Exam
- Find and click on the Exam Name you wish to edit.
- Click on Edit to make changes to the exam configuration.
Step 4: Adjust Eligibility Configuration
- In the exam settings, click on Eligibility Configuration.
- Under Eligibility Type, select None.
- Make sure to click SAVE to confirm the changes.
Step 5: Return to the Portals Section
- Navigate back to the Portals tab by clicking on it again.
Step 6: Access the Admin Panel
- Click on Admin to access the administrative settings.
Step 7: Modify Organization Settings
- In the Admin section, click on Orgs.
- Find the organization you want to edit, and click on Edit.
Step 8: Manage Integrations & Connectors
- Click on Integrations & Connectors Tab
- Click on CONNECT to view the connectors linked to your Skilljar account.
Step 9: Edit the Connector
- Locate the connector you wish to delete.
- Click on Edit next to the connector.
Step 10: Delete the Connector
- On the connector details page, click DELETE CONNECTOR.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Click OK to permanently delete the connector.
