How to Delete a Connector in Skilljar Integration

Deleting a connector from your Skilljar integration is a simple process.

Step 1: Navigate to the Portals Section

  1. Log in to your Certiverse account
  2. Click Portals.

Step 2: Access the Store

  1. Once you're in the Portals section, click on Store.

Step 3: Select and Edit Exam

  1. Find and click on the Exam Name you wish to edit.
  2. Click on Edit to make changes to the exam configuration.

Step 4: Adjust Eligibility Configuration

  1. In the exam settings, click on Eligibility Configuration.
  2. Under Eligibility Type, select None.
  3. Make sure to click SAVE to confirm the changes.

Step 5: Return to the Portals Section

  1. Navigate back to the Portals tab by clicking on it again.

Step 6: Access the Admin Panel

  1. Click on Admin to access the administrative settings.

Step 7: Modify Organization Settings

  1. In the Admin section, click on Orgs.
  2. Find the organization you want to edit, and click on Edit.

Step 8: Manage Integrations & Connectors

  1. Click on Integrations & Connectors Tab
  2. Click on CONNECT to view the connectors linked to your Skilljar account.

Step 9: Edit the Connector

  1. Locate the connector you wish to delete.
  2. Click on Edit next to the connector.

Step 10: Delete the Connector

  1. On the connector details page, click DELETE CONNECTOR.
  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  3. Click OK to permanently delete the connector.
