The Item Management allows users to export specific data for selected items. This feature is particularly useful for analyzing and sharing item details.

Steps to Export Selected Item Data
Follow these simple steps to export data for selected items:

Access the Item Management Portal:
- Go to the Item Management portal and navigate to the Accepted/In Progress Items section.

Select Items:
- Choose the rows (items) you want to export. You can select as many items as needed.

Customize Columns (Optional):
- Before exporting, you can adjust the visible columns using the Columns Options feature. This ensures only the relevant data is included in the export

Click Bulk Actions:
- Click on the Bulk Actions button, typically located above the list of items.

Choose Export Option:
- From the dropdown menu, select Export and then choose Selected Item Data.

Export the File:
- After selecting Selected Item Data, the file will be generated and downloaded to your device.
What Data is Exported?
The exported file contains data for the columns currently visible in the table. If you adjust the columns before exporting, the file will reflect those changes. By default, the following data columns are available:
- ItemName: The name of the item.
- ItemType: The type of item.
- Lifecycle: The current stage of the item in its lifecycle.
- ItemQuality: A qualitative measure of the item.
- N Judged Item Difficulty: Number of judgments on the item's difficulty.
- Mean Judged Item Difficulty: The average difficulty rating for the item.
- SD of Judged Item Difficulty: The standard deviation of the difficulty ratings.
- Status: The item's current status.
- Created: Date the item was created.
- Edited: Date the item was last edited.
- Author: The name of the item's author.
- PassedReviews: Number of reviews the item has passed.
- Enemies: Any conflicting items.
- Exam/Forms: Associated exams or forms.
- Reviewers: Names of reviewers involved.
- TopicDisplayId: The display ID for the topic.
- Topics: Topics related to the item.
- Notes: Additional notes or comments.
Tips for a Smooth Export Process:
- Use the Columns Options feature to hide unnecessary data before exporting.
- Double-check your selections to ensure you include all desired items.
- Verify that the downloaded file opens correctly in your preferred spreadsheet application.
