How to Re-Accept the Certiverse Agreement
In this video, we demonstrate the process for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to re-accept the Certiverse Organization Agreement.
Tap the video to pause the demo or manually advance each step.
In the tutorial, I demonstrate the steps required to complete the re-acceptance process:
- Accessing the Authoring Portal: I log into the authoring portal and navigate to a new organization (Org) where I recently received an invitation.
- Selecting a Blueprint: From the portal, I choose a Blueprint within the Item Writing section that I have not previously accessed.
- User Acceptance Prompt: Upon accessing this section, I am prompted to review and sign the updated Organization Agreement.
- Signing the Agreement: Following the on-screen instructions, I accept the updated terms to proceed with the task.
- And finally showing how to find the signed Agreement in My Account Summary.
Why Is This Important?
Re-accepting the Organization Agreement ensures that all contributors are working under the latest terms and guidelines. This helps maintain consistency, accountability, and compliance with organizational standards.
