How to Use the Custom Demographic Data Column in the Candidate Results Report
Your Candidate Results report just got smarter! With the new Custom Demographic Data column, organization-defined fields tied to a specific exam are now automatically included—visible by default in your results.

1. Access the Reports

Click on Portals from the main navigation.

Select Business Intelligence & Reporting.
2. Open the Candidate Results Report

Click the Delivery tab.

Click Candidate Results.
3. Select a Date Range
-
Click Date Range to open the selector.
-
Choose your desired date range.
-
Click RUN REPORT to generate the results.
4. View Custom Demographic Data
-
Scroll through your report to locate the Custom Demographic Data column.

Click on the column header “Custom Demographic Data” to:

Sort data in ascending or descending order.
-
Instantly reorganize the view to highlight relevant candidate details.

This update brings your organization’s unique tracking fields into the report view by default. No need for external spreadsheets or manual cross-checking.
