How to Use Bulk Archiving Feature in Candidate Results

In this video we show how to ‘Select All’ checkbox when archiving Candidate Results. This feature lets you archive multiple results in just a few clicks, reducing manual effort and boosting efficiency.

1. Navigate to Candidate Results

  • Click Portals

  • Click Business Intelligence & Reporting Portal

  • Click Delivery Tab

  • Click Candidate Results

2. Filter the Results

  • Click Date Range

  • Select the appropriate start and end dates

  • Click RUN REPORT

3. Enter Archive Results Mode

To begin the archiving process:

  • Toggle On the Archive Results Mode (top right or toolbar)

4. Select Candidates to Archive

You have two options:

  • Manual Selection:
    Check the box next to each individual candidate you wish to archive.

  • Faster Option – Select All:
    Click the checkbox in the header row to instantly select all displayed results.

    • You can also uncheck all using the same checkbox if you change your mind.
