How to View the “Client Candidate Id” Column in the Candidate Results Report
The candidate result tracking has now the Candidate Id column. This new column enhances historical accuracy by showing the exact identifier (SSO, Eligibility, or Custom Data) used at the time of the exam.

Step-by-Step Guide

Click Portals on the main navigation bar.

Click Business Intelligence & Reporting

Click the Delivery tab.

Click Candidate Results to open the report dashboard.

Click Date Range to define your search criteria and select the desired date range from the calendar picker.

Click RUN REPORT to generate the data.

In the results, click on a Candidate to view the detailed report.
What You’ll See

The Client Candidate Id column is automatically included in your report.

This column reflects the unique identifier used at the time of exam result generation—helping ensure historical accuracy in your records.
