"Invitation to be an Organization Administrator"

The "Invitation to be an Organization Administrator" email is sent to individuals selected to manage an organization’s account within Certiverse platform.

Its purpose is to formally invite these individuals to take on the role of Organization Administrator.

This email is triggered when the admin assigns a new Organization Administrator role. The recipient must take one of the following actions:

  • Accept the Invitation: Clicking "Accept Invitation" confirms the recipient’s acceptance of the role and initiates the process to manage the organization in Certiverse. To proceed, the recipient must log in with an existing Certiverse account or create a new account using the same email address to which the invitation was sent.

  • Decline the Invitation: Clicking "Decline" notifies the organization that the recipient will not be accepting the role, allowing the organization to consider other candidates.

Accepting the invitation enables the recipient to manage the organization’s Certiverse account, ensuring effective oversight and management.
