How can an organization administrator review items and provide feedback to SMEs?

Organizational administrators can act as reviewers, reviewing items and providing feedback to SMEs. The administrator review acts just like a traditional SME review where it moves an item along in the review process. There is no limit to the number of reviews an administrator can do. In Item Management, select an item under For Review status and then select Action and Review Item.

Where can I see the history of an item, including SME review feedback comments?

You can see the history of an item by selecting an item in Item Management and choosing the History tab. Here you can see the history of the item in various statuses, including all author information and reviewer feedback.

How can the Expert Portal help me manage and understand SME contributions?

The Expert Portal provides organization administrators a summary of item progress by each SME. Information includes the number of items written, revisions, rewrites, items accepted, and items rejected. Administrators can also use the email icon to email SMEs directly from Certiverse.
