How can I add an extra item to the item writing assignment and assign it to an author?

Item writing assignments are automatically generated once the blueprint is published and are based on the weightings of various subject areas. If you wish to add an additional item, there is an Add Item feature on the item writing assignment where you can add an extra item and assign it to a specific author.

How do I invite SMEs to write and review items?

You can invite SMEs to view the item writing assignment and write and review items by going to the item writing assignment and using the Content Authors icon.

Does Certiverse provide a how-to guide and automated feedback for SMEs on item writing?

Yes! Video training is provided as well as an informational guide that can be accessed anytime. Automated feedback based on research-based item-writing principles is automatically provided to authors as they write their items. An item-writing wizard option also helps walk them through the process.

How can I change the frequency of emails I receive for the Blueprint Progress Report?

Blueprint Progress Report emails can be set for each individual blueprint. This report illustrates the progress of SMEs during item writing and review. If you wish to receive an email update for a specific blueprint, you can have it sent to you either daily or weekly. Connect with your Certiverse contact to change the frequency of delivery.
