Pass Rate Report Fields

When generating a Pass Rate Report, the following details are displayed:

  • Exam: Name of the exam being reported.
  • Exam Code: Code associated with the exam for easy identification.
  • Month: The month during which the exam data was collected.
  • Pass Rate: The percentage of candidates who passed the exam during the specified period.
  • Sample Size: The total number of candidates included in the report (e.g., number of candidates who took the exam).
  • Exam Form: Specific form version of the exam if multiple forms exist.
  • Delivery Country / Region: Geographic location where the exam was delivered.
  • Year: Year of the reported data.
  • Quarter: Quarter of the year (e.g., Q1, Q2) when the data was collected.
  • Date: Specific date associated with the data.
  • Reported Score: Standardized or scaled score reported for the exam.
  • Time Spent: Average time candidates spent completing the exam.
  • Pass Count: Total number of candidates who passed the exam.
  • Fail Count: Total number of candidates who did not pass.
  • No Pass/Fail Count: Number of candidates for whom a pass/fail outcome was not recorded (e.g., incomplete exams).
