Require Users to Re-Accept Certiverse Agreement After Changes

Users who have already accepted the CV/Org Agreement will now be prompted to re-accept it after any updates. New users will see and accept the latest agreement upon login.

Updating User Agreement

To ensure clarity and compliance with updated agreements, changes will be made as outlined below.

Prompting Existing Users to Re-Accept

After any edits to the CV Agreement, including the addition of an Org Agreement, users who have already accepted the agreement will be required to re-accept it upon their next login.

  • Existing users must review and accept the latest version of the agreement before continuing to use the system. The updated agreement will be presented immediately after login if changes have been made.
  • New users logging in for the first time will see and must accept the latest version of the CV/Org Agreement.

Agreement Scope at the Org Level

  • Agreements are now managed at the organizational (Org) level. Users affiliated with multiple organizations, such as serving as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for one organization and a BP (Blueprint Planner) for another, will be required to accept agreements separately for each organization. Accepting an agreement for one organization does not fulfill the requirement to accept agreements for others.

Triggering Prompts in Specific Scenarios

SMEs will be prompted to accept the Org Agreement in the following situations:

  • When accessing a JTA, Blueprint, or Item Writing section for an organization after changes have been made to the Org Agreement.
  • Prompts will only appear for the organization where the changes apply.

Other details
  • The system will maintain a log of agreement versions and user acceptances for audit and clarity and will ensure that all users—new and existing—interact with the most up-to-date agreements in a transparent and systematic way. See here for a step-by-step video tutorial to learn where to find the Agreements.
