      Recipient Actions:

      1. Review New Schedule: Check the updated exam date and time.
      2. Manage Reservation: Use the provided link to the Certiverse Test-Taker Dashboard to start the exam or cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the new date.
      3. Refund Policy: If the exam was paid for on the Certiverse platform, cancellation must occur 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund.
