This article outlines the current functionality of the Rescoring process
1. Multiple Rescore and Publish Actions
- Exam deliverables can be rescored and published multiple times, allowing corrections or adjustments as needed.
2. Simplified Exam and Form Selection
- Users first select the exam they wish to rescore. Afterward, they can select from a filtered list of approved exam forms associated with that exam.
- Only forms that meet the following criteria are displayed:
- Approved (not archived)
- Either Active or Inactive
- Inactive forms are supported for rescoring but remain unavailable for exam delivery.
3. Warnings for Missing Scoring Configurations
- When selecting a form without necessary configurations, the system provides warnings:
- If no Pass/Fail type is configured:
- “The selected form does not have a Pass/Fail Type configured for scoring.”
- If no Cut Passing Score is set:
- “The selected form does not have a Cut Passing Score configured.”
- In both cases, users can choose to proceed (
<CONTINUE>
) or cancel (<CANCEL>
).
- If no Pass/Fail type is configured:
4. Scoring Logic for Rescoring
- If a form lacks a Pass/Fail configuration during rescoring:
- The system applies the same scoring logic as it would during exam delivery.
- When determining results from multiple forms:
- Priority for Pass/Fail:
- Pass
- Fail
- None
- For scores, Percent Correct takes priority over Raw Scores.
