Reporting Portal (00:09)
- JTA survey responses will now indicate time spent on a task
- An additional column called "MedianItemTime" has been added to the JTA survey offload. This will show the Median time for all the Likert Responses.
Item Management Portal (00:39)
- Warning message when adding exhibit to item that has been used in test delivery
- A warning message will now appear to an Admin if an item has been used in test delivery already and a user tries to add an exhibit to that item.
Authoring Portal (01:00)
- Item Review Guide Link Updated
- While in Item Review, the Guide icon will now show the guide for Reviewing an item. There will also be a link to the Authoring Guide available as well inside the Review guide.
- Item Writing Screen Display Changes
- There are now 3 columns at the top that will appear to Admins: Unadjusted, Adjustment, and Assignments.
- Assignments will display the counters that show the original total of assignments that are Unadjusted and the total that may include Adjustments. SMEs will only see the Assignments column. Also, there is now a drop-down for Admins in the display that shows the actions of Assign and Adjust.
Exam Management Portal (01:43)
- Require activated language when approving or activating a form
- If there is not an active language in a form, the Admin will see a warning message appear if they try to approve or activate the form. An activated language is required.
- Warning message if admin deactivates an active form’s sole language
- If an Admin tries to deactivate an active exam form's sole language, a warning will appear to the Admin.
- Exam Reference Material URL for Test Delivery
- This feature allows a client to provide a URL for reference materials a test taker
can select during the test delivery, and have that URL open in a new tab.

- Admins have full access to the Exam Management Portal
- Org Admins will now have full access to Exam Management Additional new permissions include: creating exams, editing exam's summary info, making an exam active/inactive, adding/editing exam screens, and making forms active/inactive.
Admin Portal (2:50)
- Exam Delivery Configuration
- Admin can choose the Delivery Type for exam in Delivery Types tab in Exam Store/Admin Portal.
- Choices are Unproctored and Record & Review.
- Additional proctoring configuration includes setting a start and end date.
- Exam Pricing Configuration
- Configuration for exam prices is in Exam Store in Admin Portal. Configuration is in US dollars. Client will have ability to set multiple prices.
- Exam Payment Method Configuration
- Admins will be able to set multiple scheduling codes for test takers to enter manually. This is available in Payment Methods tab in Store Exams/Admin Portal.
