The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

General Updates

  • Privacy Shield Update (00:10)
    • Certiverse has updated their Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement can be found on the bottom navigation bar of Certiverse's homepage. 
  • Log In Enhancements (00:22)
    • The Log In and Sign Up process has received some UI enhancements. Additionally, when Signing Up and creating an account with Certiverse, users will be asked to provided their First and Last Name upon verifying their email address.

Authoring Portal

  • Review Process - Item History (00:45)
    • Select history will be available for SMEs to reference as they review items. The history continue to remain anonymous amongst the SME population. Additionally, the history will only display the following select data: 
      • Item Updated
      • Item Created
      • Item Review Completed
      • Topics Update
        • This action is completed by an Admin or Project Admin in the Item Management Portal.
      • Cognitive Levels Update
        • This action is completed by an Admin or Project Admin in the Item Management Portal.
      • Status Update
        • This action is completed by an Admin or Project Admin in the Item Management Portal.
      • AI Created Item
  • Judged Item Difficulty Requirement (01:06)
    • When reviewing an item, users will notice the Judged Item Difficulty now requires the user to engage with the slider and select a percentage of test takers who will answer the question correctly. This is now a requirement to complete the review of an item.

Reporting Portal

Candidate Results Update (01:26)
    • The Candidate's Email column and Exam Code will now be displayed by default amongst other Candidate information provided in the Candidate Results Report.

Item Management Portal

  • Item Import Enhancements (01:43)
    • Our system will perform an asynchronous import while Organizations continue to work within the platform, and Admin will receive an email and in app notification when the import is complete.

Exam Management Portal

  • Exam Screens - Custom Ordering (02:05)
    • Exam Screens and Score Reports have been merged into a single tab in the Exam Management Portal. Additionally, the order in which screens are presented to candidates can be customized utilizing the drag and drop functionality of these screen placements. 
  • Score Report Enhancements (02:20)
    • Conditional Score Reports are now available when setting up score reports. These allow an Organization to create and present multiple score report screens depending on a candidate's outcome.
