The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):
General Updates
- Privacy Statement Updates Made (00:09)
- The privacy statement located on Certiverse's homepage has been updated, this privacy statement also appears in several other locations throughout the platform but can be found by navigating to the bottom navigation button of the homepage. Users can see a copy button has been added to the privacy statement for user convenience.
Admin Portal
- Multi Use Authorization Codes (00:26)
- Multi Use Authorization Codes have been implemented to help determine candidate eligibility. These codes can be configured by navigating to the appropriate exam located in the Store Exams Management tab found in the Admin Portal.
Customer Success
- Contact Us Chat (01:15)
- The customer support chat feature is now available during the candidate booking process. The customer support chat has also been applied to the candidate's My Reservation's dashboard to allow for them to access Certiverse’s Customer Success team as needed.
Authoring Portal
- Survey Reminder Message (01:32)
- A reminder message will now be displayed to Admins as they begin to add Survey Respondents. The reminder message notifies the Admin of the Survey's current status if it is disabled, and reminds them to enable the Survey to allow for Survey Respondents to participate in the Survey.
Exam Management
- Shuffle Test Parts (01:57)
- The option to shuffle items or subsections by a specific test part is now available. Admins can achieve this by navigating to the exam form tab of an exam, navigating to the delivery tab and continuing on to the configuration process of that part of a test.
