      Video: July 14th Release

      The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

      Reporting Portal (00:07)

      JTA Survey Download ZIP file
      • When downloading a JTA zip file, the download will now have the name of the JTA included to make it easier when attempting to locate the download.

      Candidate Support Portal (00:28)

      • Changes to the User tab in the Support Portal
        • The View button has been moved and changed.
        • When conducting a User Search, we previously required the selection of an organization amongst the search criteria, that requirement has been removed.

      Authoring Portal (00:58)

      • The following SME guides have been moved over to the Certiverse ZOHO Knowledge Base:
        • Job Tasks Analysis Guide
        • Item Writing Guide
        • Item Review Guide
        • Item Review Feedback Guide
      • New Item Review Pop-Up Message
        • The pop-up message to client/users reviewing items has been rewritten to avoid confusion to new reviewers. We have also added an estimated time for how long a typical review takes to complete.

      Exam Management Portal (01:27)

      • Match Table Upload
        • Previously scaled scores displayed integers only, we have now added the ability to upload up to 3 decimals places when uploading a match table. 
      • Changes to Results Configuration UI
        • The results configuration to send results has received UI updates:
          • Previously referred to as Authentication Type, the check box is now referred to as Send Results.
          • When adding a password an asterisk will appear in place of each number and/or letter for privacy concerns. However, when updating the password each number and/or letter will appear as they are being typed.

      Item Management Portal (02:11)

      • Item Actions and Comments
        • Users are now able to view any actions made to an item, including any comments made in regard to the item. The comments and action can be viewed in the action column.

      Exam Store (002:33)

      • Display Exam Name/Title During Configuration Set Up
        • Exam Title/Name will be displayed in the upper left-hand corner throughout the configuration process when creating or editing an exam within the Exam Store.
      • Exam Completion Date 
          • A column with date of exam completion has been added to the candidate’s history tab which can be found in the My Reservations dashboard.
