      Video: July 17th Release

      The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

      General Updates

      • Simplified Invitations* (00:09)
        • In an effort to simplify the Sign Up and Project Acceptance process, Certiverse has implemented new ways of adding Contributors and Organization Admins.
        • Users with existing Certiverse accounts (SMEs, Project Admins, & Org Admins), will have new roles and projects automatically added to the account associated with that email. They will be notified via email of any new projects and roles that have been added to their account.
        • New users who have been invited to a contribute to a project or a role can simply create a new account with Certiverse by following the Sign Up process. Once the new user has verified their account, those projects and roles which they received an invitiation for, will already be added to their account, they no longer need to accept the link sent via email. 
          • If a new user signs up using the social options (GitHub, LinkedIn, & Google), they will also will automatically have the new projects and roles added to their account and no longer need to accept the link sent via email.
          • If new users engage with the invitation link, and Sign Up, they will not be prompted to verify their email. The invitation link validates and verifies the user's access and email associated with the invite and their account.
            • *Please note, SMEs are able to use a different email address other than the one they were invited with. Organization Admins, Project Admins, and Authorized Partners who attempt to use a different email other than the they were invited with, will be unable to successfully Sign Up.

      Authoring Portal

      • Blueprint Draft & Published UI Enhancement (00:49)
        • A drop down has been added in place of the previous toggle to view a Published or Draft Blueprint version of the Blueprint being worked on or updated.
      • AI Generated Items Enhancements (01:00)
        • Item writers who utilize the AI Assisted Item Writing tool, can now refer back to any rejected items while reviewing the AI Generated Item options.

      Admin Portal

      • Exam Store - Active & Archive Options (01:29)
        • The options to make an exam active or archived has been added at the exam level in the Exam Store. To Archive an exam, the exam must be set to Inactive. Archived exams are hidden by default, but can be viewed by enabling the column to be display when viewing the master list of exams in an Organization.

      Exam Management

      • Updates to Forms (01:56)
        • A Discard Changes popup has implemented at the Form level. When an Admin makes changes to a form and forgets to appropriately UPDATE those changes, a Discard Changes popup will appear to warn the user that changes have not been appropriately updated and saved.

      Item Management

      • Blueprint Progress Pie Chart (02:23)
        • Two pie charts displaying progress made on the Published Blueprint is now displayed on the home page of the Item Management Portal. The charts display progress of items needed and their topics.

      Support Portal

      • Last Log-In (02:40)
        • Certiverse has added the option to view a User's Last Log-In and the region in which the last log-in occurred.
