The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

General Updates

• Promotional and Discount Codes (00:09)
  
  • Organizations can now add promotional codes to exams. These multiuse promotional codes can be configured in the Store Exam tab of the Admin Portal. Candidates will apply these codes during the checkout process.

• Reminder Emails for Exams (00:35)
  
  • When a candidate books an exam they will receive an email reminding them of a pending exam reservation every 24 hours. Candidates will also receive reminder emails 12 hours and 2 hours before the exam expires. Candidate who cancel the exam will no longer be notified of the exam due to cancellation and reminder emails will no longer be sent after launching the exam and after the exam has expired.

Authoring

• Blueprint Item Prefix Requirement (00:55)
  
  • When creating a new Blueprint, an item name prefix will now be required. Existing Blueprints and items without prefixes will not be affected unless a change is made to the Blueprint settings in the Admin Portal.

• New Item Types (01:06)
  • MCR6-2 = Multiple Correct Response - 6 Options, 2 Correct 
  • MCR6-3 = Multiple Correct Response - 6 Options, 3 Correct 
  • MCR7-2 = Multiple Correct Response - 7 Options, 2 Correct 
  • MCR7-3 = Multiple Correct Response - 7 Options, 3 Correct

• Ordering of Tags (01:18)
  
  • The order in which an Organization wishes to display their tags is now configurable. This can be done when setting up a Blueprint by Changing the Order of Tags under the Item Tags tab.

• Job Task Analysis - Last Edited Column Added & Bug Fix (01:33)
  • Certiverse has added a Last Edited column for users to see when a task was last edited alongside the Created column.
  • A small issue with editing tasks within the cell was addressed and fixed.

Exam Management

• Agreement Screen Enhancements (01:54)
  
  • The UI when adding or editing an agreement screen has been enhanced to allow for more room to edit.

• Allow for Randomized Response Options - Per Test Part (02:03)
  • When users create and configure a form in Exam Management, they will now have the option to randomize the order of response options at the Test Part Level.
    
    • No = Randomized Response Options
      
    • Yes = Response Options Not Randomized

Item Management

• Notes Column - Grid View (02:19)
  
  • When working in Item Management, users can now display the Notes as a column on the grid.

• Copy Items Onto Blueprints (02:32)
  
  • Certiverse has implemented the ability to copy items onto one or more Blueprint within that Organization. Accepted items can be copied onto the same Blueprints or additional Blueprints. The item being copied will copy over the stem, response options, rationales, references, scenarios, including any images tied to the item.

• Allow for Randomized Response Options - Per Individual Item (02:52)
  
  • Admins have the option to randomize the order of response options per item by navigating into the item, and selecting the Change Response Option icon located next to the Edit icon.
    
    • Check Box Not Ticked On = Randomized Response Options
      
    • Check Box Ticked On= Response Options Not Randomized

Voucher Portal

• Assigning Vouchers to Candidates Email Addresses (03:12)
  
  • The option to assign Voucher to a candidate's email is now available. This can be done in the Voucher Portal under the Voucher Purchases tab when viewing a specific voucher purchase.
• Bulk Edit of Voucher Expiration Dates (03:25)

• • The ability to edit expiration dates of vouchers in bulk is now available.

• Archiving Inactive Voucher Purchases (03:38)
  • Archiving inactive voucher purchases is now available in the Voucher Portal. This will allow for Admins and Partners to continue to maintain and organize any expired or unused vouchers and past purchases.
