The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):
Authoring Portal
- Custom Organization Guides (00:10)
- Organizations have the option to add a custom JTA, Blueprint, and Item Writing Guide to their projects for subject-matter-experts to utilize while they contribute to a project. These guides can be added by visiting the Admin Portal and selecting the appropriate tab (Job Task Analysis or Blueprints tab), then locating the Custom Guide tab within those sections of the Admin Portal.
- Blueprint Draft Mode (00:50)
- The Blueprint Draft Mode UI has been changed to make it easier for users to distinguish between a final Blueprint that was published and a draft that is actively being worked on.
Exam Management
- Standard Setting UI Updates (01:13)
- When creating a Standard Setting, by default, Certiverse will select the Certiverse Global Template. Adding participants to the Standard Setting has been relocated to within the Standard Setting, and can be by located the Add Participants icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Item Management
- Import Guides Updated (01:32)
- All Import Instructions & Guides in Certiverse's Knowledge Base has been updated to reflect our latest Import Options.
- Item Import & Benchmark Statistics Data and Instructions Updates (01:49)
- Certiverse now supports the importing of content with formatting, images, exhibits, language translations, and scenarios. Efforts made also have improved our export to import process. Our format for exporting through the Certiverse platform will match the import format.
- Multiselect - Items Imported (02:10)
- Users now have the option to multiselect from the list of Pending Imports then choose their course of action, either Add Selected or Delete Selected items that are Pending Import.
- ATA Offload Merged (02:23)
- ATA Offload has been merged into Item Management. When viewing an item in the Item Management Portal, users will find the item's Mean Judged Item Difficulty, Standard Deviation of Judged Item Difficulty, Enemies, and the Number of Judgments.
