The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

Admin Portal 

  • Top Navigation Buttons (00:06) 
    • Labels have been added to top navigation buttons to assist users in identifying each button’s functionality. 
  • Spell Check (00:14) 
    • A grammar, punctuation, and spell check tool has been integrated across all Certiverse portals. The AI-driven tool supports multiple languages and provides distraction-free proofreading suggestions as users work. 
  • Project Admins (00:29) 
    • A status column has been added displaying the current state of the emailed Project Admin invitation. Other features included are the ability to resend an email invitation to Project Admins and the option to remove them. 
  • Bypass Payment (00:44) 
    • If an exam requires no payment, candidates are now able to bypass the payment step when booking an exam. 
  • Eligibility & SkillJar (00:55) 
    • Certiverse is now integrated with the SkillJar LMS, and Organizations have the ability to configure Live Eligibility for exams in our Exam Store. 

Exam Management 

  • Editing Space Expanded (01:33) 
    • When creating and editing Exam Screens, the expanded space provided allows for easier views of numerous tokens often used and information provided by Organizations. This added space can also be seen when creating and editing Score Reports. 

Authoring Portal 

  • Changes to UI item writing (01:54) 
    • When authoring items, the preview pane is now hidden by default. If a user wishes to preview the item they are authoring, they can do so by enabling the “Show Preview” toggle.  
    • Wizard and Standard Form toggle has been changed to indicate the two options for item authors.  
    • Add Exhibit button has been moved to the top right portion of the page.  

Customer success 

  • Contact Us Chat (02:30) 
    • The customer support chat feature is now not only available across all portals, but also allows users to navigate from portal to portal without ending or interrupting an ongoing chat with Certiverse’s Customer Success team
