General
- Storefront UI Changes (00:12)
- Organization Overview banner received a style change.
- Exam Description & Exam Blueprint Domains, if enabled, are now located in their own tabs when viewing exams on the storefront. The Exam Blueprint Domains may also be on it's own located on the right side on the exam being browsed.
- The GET STARTED button & System Requirements has been bumped up to allow for a smoother candidate booking experience.
- 7 Day Unscheduled Exams Expiration Period (00:54)
- Candidates now have 7 days to take an exam from time of booking before their reservation expires. Previously, candidates had 3 days to take an exam before it expired.
- Error Messaging Enhancement (01:10)
- When candidates attempt to launch an exam that is inactive or a form for that exam is inactive, they will now be greeted with a user-friendly error.
- Store Exams Configuration UI Enhancements (01:32)
- When configuring an exam in the Certiverse Exam Store, users will notice enhancements to the columns which display necessary details pertaining to that exam. They will also notice a "configuration completed" column which indicates if configurations within the exam store front have met the necessary requirements for the exam to be successfully booked and delivered to candidates.
Authoring Portal
- Blueprint Bug Fix (02:00)
- A bug preventing Admins from updating a Blueprint in real time has been fixed.
Exam Management
- Exam Title & Name Tooltips (02:20)
- Exam Title & Exam Name have been given tooltips to remind Admins of which exam name/title will be candidate facing in the test driver. Exam Title is displayed to candidates and the Exam Name is displayed internally.
- Randomize Response Options - Form Configuration Enhancement (02:51)
- To reduce confusion, the wording for randomizing response options on forms has been updated to make clear of the expected behavior being selected.
- PreTest Items CSV Sample and UI Enhancement (03:03)
- A sample file for importing PreTest Items has been added. The required column headers are IsPreTest and ItemName.

- Archive Exams (03:18)
- The option to archive inactive Authoring Exams is now available. To view any archived exams, enable the Archived column and select Yes from the column filter drop down and any archived exams will appear.
- Non-Compensatory Scoring (03:45)
- Non-Compensatory scoring is now available. This scoring feature can be enabled at the form level.
- In the context of a two-part exam where you need to pass both parts, non-compensatory scoring means that if you fail one of the two parts, you fail the entire exam, regardless of how well you did on the other part. You cannot compensate for a low score in one part with a high score in the other part. Both parts are treated as separate, non-negotiable criteria, and meeting the passing threshold for each part is essential to pass the overall exam.
Reporting Portal
- Archive Results (04:35)
- The option to archive results is now available as a self service option. Previously, to have results removed, an Organization would have needed to contact their CSM for such a request, now it can be simply archived for clean results.
Item Management
- Import Item - Allow Item Types Not Configured (05:00)
- Organization Admins and Project Admins, can now create an import with items and item types that were not enabled during initial Blueprint creation process without receiving errors or warning messages.
