Authoring Portal
Item Scenarios (00:08)
Certiverse has added the option for Item Scenarios. Users will be presented with the following options for Item Scenario: Required, Optional, or None.
When a user begins the Item Writing process, they can locate the required or optional Item Scenario textbox above the stem along with an Item Writing Guide. The Item Writing Guide is to assist users in writing the scenario paired with an appropriate stem and recommendations for quality response options.
Display Cognitive Levels (00:11)
Throughout the Blueprint configuration and Item Writing process, cognitive levels will be available for selection and displayed with the cognitive level assigned to the item and the cognitive level's description.
Changes to cognitive levels can be prior to and after publishing the Blueprint.
Item Management
Item Scenarios Item Management (00:57)
When editing an item in the Item Management Portal, users will also have the capability of editing the scenario, or if Item Scenario - Optional was selected during the Blueprint configuration process, the scenario can be added.
The Item Scenarios can also be previewed in the Item Management Portal by selecting the desired item.
Cognitive Level Changes (01:08)
When users make changes to an item's cognitive level, those previous changes can be found in the history to provide further information to fellow contributors.
