Certiverse has implemented Single Sign-On as an optional service for Organizations and their users. Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate using their Organizations credentials and seamlessly be authenticated in the Certiverse platform. Adding this feature streamlines the process for your SME’s and candidates, while enhancing the security for Organizations.

Authoring Portal
Rich Text Editor Enhancements (01:00)- Certiverse has expanded the rich text editor options. A wide range of special characters, superscript, subscript, and strike through are a few of the various expanded options enabled.
Item Management Portal
- Translations Export (01:17)
- The option to export translations are now available. When exporting a batch of translated items Admins will be required to select an export option of their choice and choose which language they wish to export, and the platform will identify any items with existing translations in the chosen language and proceed with the export.
Exam Management Portal
- Translated Score Reports (01:46)
- In an effort to continue enhancing the translation experience, we have added custom Translated Score Reports. These screens are configured similarly to the Translated Exam Screens. When candidates take an exam in a translated language, these score reports will be presented to the candidate, if enabled.
- Conditional Section Outcomes (02:10)
- Conditional Section Outcomes is now available to provide candidates feedback at the section level. The feedback messages can be configured and set to be displayed at specific raw score levels.
Reporting Portal
- JTA Survey Response Data Report Enhancement (02:40)
- During a JTA Survey Response Data offload, the option to include deleted respondents is now available.
Voucher Portal
- ACH Voucher Purchases (03:05)
- Organizations can enable to option for Partners to purchase vouchers using ACH.
Promo Code Portal
- Organization Wide Promo Codes (03:44)
- Promo codes are now available at the Organization level and can be applied to numerous exams. The configuration process for promo codes is similar to the Voucher setup, Admins can add numerous exams to the promo codes of their choice and set a maximum number of redemptions, expiration date, and discount percentage. *Promo codes must be 3 to 25 alphanumerical characters.
