    • We've implemented more flexibility for managing On Demand Booking expirations! Now, Organizations can set their own "Default On Demand Booking Expiration Period" within the Store Configurations page when setting up store exams. Organizations can choose an expiration period between 3 and 90 days, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. This is applied to all unscheduled on demand delivery types.

      • Note: This setting only applies if your organization requires a different timeframe than the system default.

Exam Management Portal

  • Random Item Selection (02:20)
    • This new functionality allows you to create a pool of scored items and then configure the exam form to deliver a specific selection from that pool. This is particularly helpful for exams that cover a wide range of topics or require testing on a specific subset of knowledge. Here's how it works:

      • Build your item pool: Create a collection of scored items that can be used in different exam forms.
      • Organize using sections and subsections: Build the exam form by defining sections for each root topic and subsections for subtopics within those topics.
      • Select items for delivery: Assign items to the appropriate leaf sections (the most specific level). You can choose to deliver all items within a section or configure a random selection based on a user-defined number.
      • Validation and approval: The system ensures the number of items you choose for random selection falls within a valid range. Additionally, for sections with "Random Selection," you'll need to define the number of items to deliver before approving the exam form.
        • Publishing an exam form with invalid configurations is prevented.
      • Delivery and scoring: When the exam is delivered, the system randomly selects the configured number of items for each section with "Random Selection." Scoring calculations are based solely on the delivered items.
        • Rest assured, psychometric reports will treat items not selected for delivery as "Not Applicable" (NA). Keep in mind, rescores will be limited to the same exam form configuration.

Reporting Portal

  • New Fields Added to Reporting (03:17)
    • Organization Admins now can view the following details specific to a reservation when running an Exam Store Booking Report, Delivery Activity Report, and Candidate Results Report:
      • Payment Type
      • Voucher Code
      • Promo Code
  • Certiverse Candidate User ID in Exam Booking Details (03:30)
    • Certiverse will now include the Candidate User ID in Exam Booking Details, an Alpha-Numeric ID generated for candidates. The User ID can also be found when viewing a candidate's Exam Booking Details via Support Portal.
  • Voucher Financial Report (03:57)
    • Organization Admins will notice Voucher Financial Report has moved. The Voucher Financial Report is now located in the Reporting Portal.

Support Portal

  • Candidate User ID Column Added (04:12)
    • When Admins and Certiverse Candidate Support go to search a candidate's account details, they will see a newly added column for User ID. This field will populate a candidate's Certiverse User ID assigned during their account creation.
  • Certiverse Cancel Booking Notes (04:30)
    • Certiverse has improved the exam cancellation process for better clarity and accountability! A confirmation prompt will now appear when canceling a booking before proceeding with the cancellation. Support will also be asked to provide a brief reason for cancellation. Records of who canceled the booking will be stored. To view candidate specific cancellation details, look for the new "Reason for Cancellation" and "Canceled By" sections on your booking details page.

Test Delivery

  • Reschedule Exams (05:03)
    • Certiverse has implemented the ability for candidates to reschedule an exam booking without requiring cancellation and rebooking, and without additional payment. Candidates can rescheduled an exam more than 24 hours in advance for a refund (if payment was processed via Certiverse or voucher reinstated).
    • The reschedule booking flow includes a new "Reschedule" button, following the same booking process as initial scheduling, while verifying business rules and ignoring the impact of the existing booking. If business rules prevent rescheduling, you'll need to review your Test Sponsors retake rules.
    • Rescheduling must be within 60 days of the original booking date. Candidates will be unable to make changes to the delivery country or payment information.
    • When going through the rebooking flow, a confirmation step will display old and new reservation dates, allowing users to confirm or cancel the reschedule, and update booking details in Certiverse. A new booking email will provide the candidate with new booking details and confirmation of the reschedule with additional information regarding the refund policy and support contact information.
  • System Validation Check During Booking - Live Proctored (06:12)

    • When candidates book an exam which requires the Safe Exam Browser (SEB). They will be encouraged to do a systems requirements check prior to confirming the booking. This update streamlines the exam setup process for exams requiring SEB or Live Proctoring.

      • SEB/Live Proctoring Exams: A new "Install & System Validation" step ensures your system is compatible before purchase.
      • Non-SEB Exams: We still recommend a system validation before purchasing an exam even if the Live Proctoring delivery is not using SEB, due to unsupported devices like Chromebooks.
      • SEB Installation & Validation: A clear flow guides users on downloading/installing SEB or launching a previously installed version.
  • References Enhancement (Not demoed)
    • Enhance your users' exam experience with our latest update! Non-SEB live exams now feature a new "Present in Modal Window" option for references. This means reference materials open within the exam interface, not a separate window, for smoother access and a more focused testing environment. This is enabled by default for new exams, but you can adjust the setting for any exam in the Reference configuration.

Item Management Portal

  • "Search by Item Content" Update (Not demoed)
    • The "Search by Item Content" bug in the Item Management portal has been resolved and it behaving as expected.
