How does Certiverse recognize SME contributions and achievements?

One of the ways Certiverse engages SMEs is by recognizing their achievements. Gamification within the platform incentivizes SMEs by providing points for items that are written, reviewed, and included in the final exam; SMEs can view their points in the Achievement Center. SMEs can also opt-in to be listed on Certiverse’s Leaderboards, which ranks and advertises top performing SMEs.

Do SMEs receive automated emails from Certiverse?

SMEs receive automated emails from Certiverse during different phases of test development. Automated emails include invitations, notifications, reminders, and thank yous. Connect with your Certiverse contact to receive the latest email list.

How do I go to different portals in Certiverse?

You can easily switch to different portals in Certiverse by using the Portals icon located in the system header.

How do I learn about new features in Certiverse?
