The export functionality in Item Management allows you to extract and manage content efficiently.
Understanding the export options and configurations will help ensure you receive the data you need without missing crucial details or encountering formatting issues.
This pop-up appears after selecting the items, clicking the Bulk Actions button, and choosing 'Export'.
Export Options Available
When exporting items from the Item Management system, you can select from various export settings to customize the output based on your requirements.
1. Selected Item Data
- Exports the currently selected rows and visible columns.
- Important Note: If you need to filter items by specific tags, apply the filter before initiating the Standard Item Export. After filtering and performing the search, you can proceed to export the data.
- Reminder: While filtering by tags will help you identify the relevant items, the tag information itself will not be included in this type of export file or added as a column in the exported document.

2. Standard Item Export
Includes the selected rows with item metadata and item content (e.g., stem, response options, and exhibit).

Language Selection: You can choose the language for the export, such as English (Source).
- Export Types: Three options are currently available under Standard Item Export:
a) Formatted Content With Image Files (Includes HTML elements and associated image files).
b) Formatted Content Without Image Files (Includes HTML elements but excludes associated image files).
c) Clear HTML (Strips HTML elements from rich text, converting it to plain text. Image files are exclude).
a. Formatted Content With Image Files
Includes all item metadata, content, and associated images with HTML formatting preserved.
