We're thrilled to announce key enhancements to the Certiverse platform, significantly improving user experience, reporting capabilities, and exam management flexibility.
Store Portal Updates
Streamlined Delivery Type Management
To enhance control over exam delivery configurations, External Org Admins can no longer select the "AI Proctored - Secure Browser" delivery type. This option will remain visible as pre-selected for existing exams but cannot be modified by external admins. Certiverse Org Admins and Super Admins retain full control to select and save this delivery type, ensuring a smooth transition away from Rosalyn while improving delivery type management.
Improved Eligibility Date/Time Configuration
We’ve simplified date and time settings for eligibility management:
- Start Date defaults to 00:00 (midnight).
- End Date defaults to 23:59 (end of day).
These values can be adjusted, ensuring flexibility and clarity for users editing eligibility settings.

Bulk Update for Eligibility
A new “Upload Eligibility” button allows for mass updates via CSV file upload. Users can add, update, or delete records asynchronously, with validation for data accuracy (e.g., valid "Exam Code"). Notifications and downloadable results provide feedback on the process, making it easier to manage large datasets efficiently.

Hyperlinks for images are now supported in CKEditor, enhancing the Landing Page Rich Text Editor (RTE). This feature allows users to embed clickable images, streamlining navigation and improving the user experience. Teams can leverage this for multilingual landing pages.
Admin Portal Updates
Removal of Item Writing Compensation Feature
The item writing UI no longer includes the compensation feature. While related configuration and reporting updates are out of scope, this change aligns the UI with current system capabilities, reducing user confusion.
Reporting Portal Updates
Users can now process item analyses in the background with notifications upon completion. Enhancements include a revamped interface, optional automatic updates to item statistics, and a history of changes for improved transparency.
Item Analysis Report
The UI for item analysis has been revamped, allowing users to create new analyses or view previously generated ones. Key features include the ability to update item statistics with the results of an analysis, with an optional toggle to replace item statistics automatically once the analysis is complete. Additionally, users can now name their item analysis, and the process is initiated through a new "Create Item Analysis" button. The system also tracks the history of item statistics updates, enhancing transparency and traceability. This solution optimizes reporting time and provides a seamless, user-friendly experience.
