Voucher Program Configuration as an Organization Administrator

Vouchers provide several benefits, including cost savings for individuals or organizations purchasing them in bulk, easier payment processes, and flexibility in scheduling exams. They are a convenient way to manage exam expenses and streamline the certification process. These vouchers are essential tools for candidates to access and pay for their exams.

Certiverse Voucher Creation:

Step 1: Invite Authorized Partners

  1. Test Sponsors will begin by adding Authorized Partners. Authorized Partners are individuals who are partnered with and have existing agreements with the Test Sponsor. The Authorized Partners have access to conduct vouchers purchases. This step is required.

Step 2: Create Voucher Program
Once Authorized Partners have been invited, Test Sponsors can create a Voucher Program.

  1. General: To create the voucher program Test Sponsor, need to configure the following information:
    1. Voucher program name
    2. Expiration period
    3. Partner cost per voucher (if applicable)
    4. Prefix to generate unique alphanumeric codes.
    5. Select Partner Assignment Type* 
  2. Store Exams: Next, you can add your exams to the voucher program. For an exam to belong to a voucher program, they must exist in the Exam Store.
  3. Assigned Partners: Next, you can add an Assigned Partner(s) to the voucher program, unless the Test Sponsor selected All Authorized Partners as the Partner Assignment Type*.
  4. Bulk Discounts: Lastly, configure any Bulk Discounts. These Bulk Discounts will be available for Authorized Partners and Test Sponsors when they make a Voucher Purchase.
    1. Bulk Discounts note: The discount percentage must be greater than discounts of lesser quantity. 

Step 3: Voucher Purchases

To purchase vouchers:
    1. Select New Purchase.
    2. Select a Partner.
    3. Select a voucher program.
    4. Add quantity of vouchers you wish to purchase.
    5. Follow the checkout process. When your voucher purchase is ready you will be notified via email or in app notification.
  • Exams belonging to the voucher program selected will be displayed along with their Code/SKU and Price.
  • Bulk Voucher Purchase Discounts belonging to the voucher program select will also be displayed along with the quantity and discount percentage criteria.

Distributing and Managing Voucher Programs & Purchases

Vouchers can be managed within the Voucher Portal. The voucher codes can be copied and sent to candidates, they can be assigned via email, and exported for offline management.

Candidate’s Voucher Usage

Candidates will enter the voucher code upon booking their exam.

Archiving Voucher Programs & Purchases

Archiving a voucher program can be done by simply checking the Active checkbox to make the program Inactive, from there an Archive checkbox will appear. To archive a voucher, purchase all vouchers within the purchase must possess an Inactive or Used status. Once the purchase meets the criteria, an Archive checkbox will appear.

Voucher Rules & Policies

The following are voucher rules and policies: 1. If a candidate begins to take the exam but abandons the exam after launch, the voucher code is considered Used and will not be reinstated. 2. If a candidate fails to take the exam before the 7-day expiration date occurs, the voucher code is considered Used and will not be reinstated. 3. If a candidate cancels the exam before the 7-day expiration date, the voucher code will be reinstated and made available to rebook an exam. *

*It's important to note that specific voucher policies and procedures can vary between certification programs and Test Sponsors. Therefore, candidates should carefully review the terms and conditions associated with their particular voucher to ensure a smooth exam experience. Test Sponsors should provide their specific policies and procedures in the terms and conditions to be viewed by candidates during the booking process.
