General

  1. Prompt Users to Accept Updated CV/Org User Agreement
Currently, if an Admin updates the CV/Org Agreement, users who have previously accepted it are not prompted to review and accept the revised version. To ensure compliance and clarity, the system will now require:
  • Users to accept the updated agreement upon their next login after any edits are made.
  • New users to always review and accept the latest agreement upon their first login.
  • Agreements to function at the Org level, requiring users tied to multiple organizations to accept agreements for each Org individually.
  • SMEs to accept the updated Org Agreement before engaging in activities such as accessing a JTA, Blueprint, or Item Writing for that organization.

2.     Store Dates and Times When SME Agrees to an Org’s SME Agreement

For accreditation purposes, the system will now store the date, time, and electronic signature (name used in the Certiverse account) when an SME agrees to an organization's SME Agreement. This information will be accessible in the Account Settings under User Agreements via the Author User Agreement link. The system will:
  • Report the date and time of agreement acceptance but will not track or require acceptance for every JTA or Blueprint.
  • Allow users to view the date, time, and signature via a popup in Account Settings.
  • Provide an export option in the top right corner of the popup for generating a PDF.
  • In the Expert Portal, a new column will display the Author User Agreement link, showing the same details as the popup in Account Settings.
  • These updates will improve reporting and transparency, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
