Results Management
Enhanced Exam Rescore Capabilities
Previously, rescores using the same exam form as the original delivery were restricted due to duplicate record issues in reports. With this update, users can now request a rescore even if the same form is used. This change aligns with our recent enhancement that allows modifications to form settings after publication, including adjustments to the cut score.

Item Management
Bulk Item Update Now Runs Asynchronously
To enhance usability, the Bulk Item Update process now runs in the background even if the user navigates away from the page. Users can also close the progress dialog without interrupting the update. A real-time progress update will be displayed, and an in-app notification will confirm completion, ensuring a seamless experience for managing large-scale item updates.

Expanded Code Block Support
The code block feature now includes R as a selectable option, expanding support for a broader range of programming languages. This enhancement ensures greater flexibility and accuracy in coding-related exam questions. This can either be used in Authoring or in Item Management Portal.

Store
Exam Check-In Policies Now Reflect Proctor Settings
Candidates will now see exam rules and policies that accurately reflect the proctor settings configured for store exams. A new Exam Rules & Policy Exceptions section has been added to the check-in screen, displaying only the applicable policy exceptions (e.g., calculator use, scratch paper allowance). This update ensures transparency and a more consistent check-in experience.

Reporting
Enhanced Reporting on Historical & New Candidate Data
Users can now generate reports that include both historical and new candidate data. To maintain system performance, historical data reports are limited to a 12-month range. Non-historical results retain full functionality. A warning pop-up will guide users if their report criteria exceed the allowed range.
Streamlined Navigation for Item Statistics Updates
Users updating Item Statistics in the Item Analysis Report will now see a Go button in the notification, directing them to the relevant organization and blueprint in Item Management. This update ensures a smoother workflow by immediately taking users to the appropriate section for review and management.

Voucher
Email Domain Restrictions for Vouchers
Organizations can now restrict voucher redemption by email domain. Admins can manage this setting under Voucher Programs → Add Programs in the “Email Restrictions” tab within the Bulk Discounts section. If a voucher is assigned to an email that doesn’t match an approved domain, it will become non-redeemable unless updated. Additionally, we have relocated the "Enforce Assigned Email to Book Exam" toggle and added a confirmation modal when deleting domains. These updates enhance control over voucher distribution, improving security and access policies.
