Reporting Portal (00:10)

• Response Data Reports
  • The response data report tabs received wording and arrangement enhancements as well as the option of searching by candidate ID or email options.

Exam Store (00:30)

• Exam Booking Reports
  • Admins can now view a report of candidate bookings for each exam and the information within the bookings belonging to the candidates.
    
    • The exam booking report also contains the option to search by desired criteria.
  • Each candidate's booking information can be clicked and viewed in the right-hand panel or opened in a new window tab.

• Candidate Support Link
  • The candidate support link will direct candidates to the knowledge base which contains information and FAQs candidates may have.
