The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

Reporting Portal (00:10)

  • Admins now have the ability to improve the quality of item data by running an Item Analysis Report that filters test takers with incomplete data or are quick responders or chance responders.

Exam Management Portal (00:37)

  • Admins can add an exhibit to an item. If they choose to add an exhibit, Certiverse will display the exhibit during the exam delivery to test takers.

Exam Store (00:53)

  • The new Certiverse landing page has received a dark mode makeover and includes the following new features:
    • Drop-down menu contains a list of test sponsor organizations.
    • New navigation buttons:
      • "HOME" button will direct users to the Certiverse landing page.
      • "My Reservations" can be found both on the top navigation area as well as under the user's image/log in button, and will direct users according to the accounts they have created as a test taker.
  • "My Reservations" is where test takers will go to view their currently booked exams, as well as launch, resume, or cancel an exam.
  • History tab in My Reservations is where test takers can view their completed, expired, or canceled exams. Other information pertaining to their exam purchases can be found here as well, like confirmation codes, status of the exam, exam codes, and more.
  • Organization landing pages will be specific to each organization and list any exams available for booking. On the organization's landing page test takers can find:
    • Available exams
      • Exam name
      • Duration of the exam
      • Price of the exam
      • Delivery method of the exam
      • Exam-specific badges or logos
    • Domains and weights in relation to the exam.
    • System requirements link that will provide the test taker with necessary information to successfully take the exam.
  • Exam Booking Wizard:
    • Test takers will select an exam and follow the 3-step booking process.
    • Test takers have 30 days from the booking date to launch the exam before it is considered abandoned.
    • If a test taker takes an exam and fails to restart the exam within the exam duration plus an added hour, the exam will be considered expired.
    • If a test taker launches an exam and does not complete it within 24 hours, it will be auto-completed by the test driver.
  • Retakes Rules:
    • Retake rules are configurable for each exam and can be found in the Admin portal under Store Exams.
  • Business Delivery Terms and Conditions
    • Exam agreement/rules will be displayed upon booking to the test taker, this can be configured in the Admin Portal under Store Exams.
