      Video: December 7th Release

      The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):



      General 
      • Two-Factor Authentication via Email (00:12)
        • For added security, we have added the option to send a 2FA code straight to your email. This extra step helps us ensure it's really you logging in.
          • Returning 2FA users:
            • Log in, select "Try another method" to view various methods to verify your identity. 
          • First time 2FA users:
            • To begin simply enter your email address and password and log in or sign up, next you will need to enable the 2FA option in your Certiverse Account Settings. Next you will log out and log in again and scan the QR code and enter your one time temporary code from your authenticator application. Following this set up process, all log ins will require verification of identity by inputting a one time code from your authentication app or by selecting "Try another method" and selecting from the various methods listed: Google Authenticator, Email, or Recovery Code.
      Support
      • Formal Request for Change of Name (00:46)
        • Users can request a formal name change by navigating to their Account Settings located under the avatar. Once in Account Setting users can select the edit pencil next to their name and update their first and last name and provide a reason for the request. Once they have typed the appropriate changes, they can submit their formal request.
      • User Restrictions - Last Updated (01:06) 
        • A new column has been added to User Restrictions in the Support Portal to reflect the date a user was restricted or unrestricted from an Organization.

      Admin Portal
      • Improved Navigation and Organization (01:26)
        • The admin menu and it's tabs have been reorganized and improved. The following changes can be seen in the Admin Portal:
          • Organization Admins now have access to the Organization's Management.
          • The Project Management tab is now located under Organization Management.
          • Updated tab headers and icons. 
      • Organization Billing & Delivery Fees Configuration (01:45)
        • Org Admins can now effortlessly access detailed monthly billing information within the Admin Portal, including contract-specific costs, subscription breakdowns, and delivery fees, providing comprehensive insight into their Certiverse partnership finances. To view these details, Admins can navigate to the Admin Portal, and locate the Billing Configuration or the Delivery Fees Configuration section within the Organization's tab.
      Exam Store
      • Marketplace Exam Filter (02:11)
        • A search bar has been added to the test sponsor's landing page for candidate's to conduct a search for a specific exam name. 
      • Exams with No Exam Group (02:18)
        • Exams without an assigned grouping will now be displayed at the top of the exam list on the test sponsor's landing page. 
        • Exam Pricing Configuration Enhancement (02:27)
          • When configuring exams in the Exam Store, if a price is set to $0, the system will recognize zero dollars does not require a payment method. 
        • New Demographic Field: Candidate ID (02:42)
          • Candidate ID has been added as a Demographic Field. If enabled, this field is required.
        • My Exams History Enhancement (03:03)

          • Candidate exam times in reservation history now match their local time zone.

      Item Management
      • Item Scenario Translation (03:20)
        • We have implemented a separate translation textbox field for Scenario Translations. Previously, Scenarios had to be combined into the Stem textbox field when translating, now both fields have been separated.

      Exam Management

      • Multiple Results Processing (03:48)
        • The option to send multiple results is now available. This is especially useful for organizations who wish to send results to multiple destinations. 
      • Form Details Export (04:01)
        • The option to export form details in a CSV is available. The export will include ItemName, IsPreTest, TestPartSection, and PresentationOrder.
      • Two-Part Exam Token (04:21)
        • A Two-Part Exam Token is available to be used in Score Reports. Candidates taking a Two-Part Exam will now have the option to see how they performed on each test part which is presented at the end of the exam, in an exam screen or score report, if set up by the organization.

      Reporting

      • Exam Store Booking Report - Test Taker Time Zone (04:45)
        • When running an Exam Store Booking Report and viewing a candidate’s specific reservation, it now reflects the Test Taker’s Time Zone.

      Promo Code Portal

        • Promo Code Expiration Enhancement (05:05)
          • Promo codes expiration has been updated to expire at 11:59pm UTC.
        • Increased Number of Max Redemptions (05:15)
          • To cater to large volumes of candidates, we have increased the max number of redemptions for promo codes to 100,000.

        Remote Proctoring 
        • Exam Rules Enhancement (05:28)
          • Candidates now have the options of viewing the Exam Rules displayed to them during their exam.
        • Option to Disable Safe Exam Browser (05:39)
          • Certiverse acknowledges the various technology barriers candidates may face when testing. In coordination with your CSM, Test Sponsors now have the option to request for the Safe Exam Browser to be disabled for specific candidates and exams.
