Voucher Portal

1. Organization Admins now have the self-service capability of purchasing, distributing, tracking, and reporting on exam vouchers, as well as assign Partners who can purchase bundles of vouchers for their own distribution.

1. Users who have questions about the results of an exam built by or taken with Certiverse, can simply select the sponsor from our main page to access our exam support directory.

• Scrolling Visual Cue (02:10)

1. Certiverse has added a visual cue to notify Candidates if they need to scroll further down for an item while taking an exam.

Admin Portal

• JTA Configuration - Job Role (02:27)

1. The JTA Admin Portal has undergone some changes. To provide additional space to configure the Job Role associated with the JTA, the Job Role will now have its own tab with additional space to customize and make changes as needed.

• Blueprint Configuration - Item Reviews without Item Writing (02:45)

1. Subject Matter Experts now have the opportunity to Review Items without being an Item Writer. Admins can configure this setting by navigating to the Blueprint and enabling the Allow SME to Review Items Without Writing Items check box.

Reporting Portal

• Payment Information in Candidate Reservations Details (03:03)

1. We will now be displaying the payment method that was used during check out, the price of the exam, the voucher amount if used, and the total amount paid.

Authoring Portal

• Exhibit Editing Space (03:20)

1. To accommodate for various sized exhibits, we have expanded the editing space for exhibits to be adjusted.
