Authoring Portal
- Authoring Portal Log In Destination (00:11)
- When users log in to Certiverse they will now by default, be directed to the authoring portal. This will occur for users who are associated with an Organization and projects, if a user has not accepted an invitation on the Organization's behalf, they will be directed to Certiverse's home page.
- Blueprint Topic Description Increased Character Limit (00:29)
- Certiverse has increased the character limit for Blueprint Topic Descriptions to a maximum of 4,000 characters. Organizations can now provide additional information related to the Blueprint topic to support authors as they write item to a specific topic.
- AI Generated Items - Rationales & References (00:37)
- Items generated using our AI assistance will now provide rationales and references to further support the AI generated question and responses.
- New Item Writing Rules (00:48)
- By default, all Blueprints will have a setting in place preventing authors from writing negatively phrased questions and using responses options that contain "all of the above" and "none of the above. If an Organization would like to allow negatively phrased questions and all or nothing response options, they will need to enable those settings by navigating to the Blueprint tab in the Admin Portal.
Item Management
- Copy From Item History (01:40)
- Admins now have the option to copy text from the History tab of an item in Item History.
Voucher Portal
- Voucher Program - Partnered Exams (02:05)
- When an Organization Admin or Partner goes to purchase vouchers, they will now see a list of exams partnered with that specific voucher program displayed for their convenience.
Exam Management
- Batch Results Processing (02:23)

Certiverse had added the ability to configure custom results processing for an Organization, which will include the data formats, where the results are sent, and if it will be batch exports or individual/real time exports. The Batch Results Process will run on the configured frequency, include all results that are ready for export that were not previously exported, and sent to the configured location.
