Video: March 9th Release

The following enhancements are highlighted in the video demo below (with timestamps):

AI Item Writing (00:11)
- Certiverse has added the option of AI Assisted item writing as a standard feature, which Organizations can choose to toggle on/off themselves for each Blueprint, as well as adjusting the dynamically generated prompt sent to the AI engine. For SME's who choose to use AI Assisted item writing, it is as simple as picking a topic, entering a short description of the item, and selecting from a list of generated items to edit and submit.

- Item ID’s will be displayed during the review and revision process. This allows contributors to view the Item ID, make note of the Item ID, and contact their test sponsor with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item if needed. *Certiverse uses Item Name & Item ID interchangeably.

- In an effort to streamline the item review process, we have moved several question prompts to the end of the review process. This will reduce the number of clicks per question and response options while retaining the integrity of the review process.

Configurable Item Names (01:33)
- Test sponsors have the option to edit their item names. This will be especially useful for test sponsors who are migrating their legacy exams over to the Certiverse platform and require the item names to match their legacy item name. *Certiverse uses Item Name & Item ID interchangeably.

- Certiverse has added the option to allow clients to collect specific demographic information of candidates. The demographic fields are configurable and can.

- Candidates can now see any pending reservations scheduled. This information can be viewed by navigating to the History tab found in the My Reservations dashboard.
