This release delivers broad enhancements impacting the Reporting, Exam Management, Store Exam, Item Management, Proctoring, Test Center, and Organization portals.
Reporting Portal Enhancements

Improved Candidate Result Tracking
To boost reporting accuracy, the Candidate Results report now features the Client Candidate Id. This column displays the specific identifier (SSO, Eligibility, or Custom Data) used when the exam result was generated, ensuring a precise historical record. This replaces the potentially misleading former Org Candidate Id (which showed the current value) and is displayed by default, simplifying your verification and reconciliation processes.

Tailor Your Result Analysis with Included Custom Data
Your Candidate Results report is now even more powerful! The new Custom Demographic Data column automatically includes the org-defined fields relevant to the specific exam, conveniently displayed by default. This brings the unique candidate details you track directly into your results view, saving you time and enabling more efficient, targeted analysis without needing to cross-reference external data sources.

Faster Bulk Archiving in Candidate Results
Improve your efficiency with the new 'Select All' capability when archiving Candidate Results. We've added a checkbox to the header row, allowing you to select all displayed results at once, eliminating manual clicks and saving considerable time when performing bulk archive actions.

Improved Delivery Activity Tracking
For enhanced accuracy, the Client Candidate Id is now included by default in the Delivery Activity Report. This column shows the specific identifier (SSO, Eligibility, or Custom Data) used when the exam was provisioned, ensuring you have the correct historical context for tracking individual deliveries.

Reporting Enhancements: Standardized Headers & New Data Fields
Key reports (Bookings, Results, Delivery Activity) now feature standardized column headers (e.g., Candidate Id, Client Candidate Id, First Name) for improved consistency and easier comparison. We've also added valuable new fields like Delivery Type, Termination Reason, Exam Sku/Code, Partner Booking ID (Reservation Code), and Client Eligibility ID to provide richer context (hidden by default). These updates enhance usability and provide more comprehensive data for your analysis needs.
Faster Access with Default Filters
Key filters are now applied automatically to save you time in the BI & Reporting view. The view will now load with the current Month and Year selected, and all Organizations you can access will be selected by default, providing quicker access to the information you need most often.
Exam Management Portal Enhancements
Exam Management Grid Defaults Updated for Clarity
We've updated the default Exam Management view for better immediate usability. Automatic grouping by Blueprint and Build Type has been turned off by default, and the Action column is now positioned first for easier access. The Build Type column is now available but hidden initially. Users can still activate grouping and customize column visibility as needed.

Clearer Score Display: '%' Added to Percentage Tokens
For improved clarity, percentage-based score tokens (e.g., Exam Percent Score, Exam Root Topic Percent Robust Scores) now automatically display with a trailing '%' symbol. This simple enhancement ensures that percentage values are easily and accurately identified in all relevant outputs.

Live Exam Approval Now Requires Scored Items
To ensure proper exam function and prevent analysis errors, Live exam forms now require at least one scored item before they can be Approved. Attempting to approve a Live form containing only pretest items will trigger a notification and prevent the status change until scored items are added.

Store Exam Portal Enhancements
Control Support Access to Disable SEB
A new toggle, "Allow Support to disable Secure Browser," is now available when setting up SEB delivery types. Defaulting to ON, it allows Support to disable SEB for candidates. Turn this toggle OFF to restrict Support from disabling SEB for reservations under that delivery type, providing stricter control over your secure testing environment.
Item Management Portal Enhancements
Exhibits Now Managed as Separate Records
Exhibits are no longer stored within items but are now separate records linked to them. This applies automatically to existing exhibits. New exhibits receive unique 'EX' identifiers and can have their own descriptions and keywords. Edits and history are now tracked at the exhibit level.

Item Imports Now Create Separate Exhibit Records
Reflecting the new independent exhibit structure, importing items with source language exhibit content now automatically generates a separate exhibit record. This new exhibit receives a unique ID (e.g., PREFIX-EX100), is linked to the imported item, and gets a default description. Your import file format for source language items remains the same. Important: In this initial phase (MVP), exhibit translations within the item import are not processed. We are planning a future update specifically for importing exhibit translations safely.

Reminder: Easily Import Items with HTML and Images
To better highlight this capability, we've refreshed the description for the item import function. Remember, you can efficiently import items containing rich HTML formatting along with their associated images by packaging your CSV file and an 'Images' folder together in a ZIP archive.
Proctoring Portal Enhancements
New: Proctor Group Management and Capacity Configuration
Manage proctoring resources effectively with the new Proctor Group Management feature. Proctoring Managers can now create Proctor Groups and, most importantly, set specific capacity limits (maximum concurrent exams) for every 30-minute time slot. Configure capacity via CSV upload or edit slots individually. View your settings using the new List and Calendar views. This is the first phase; integration with live booking counts and enforcement of capacity limits will follow in future updates.
Test Center Portal Enhancements
Improved Layout for Test Center Management
The Test Center management screen has been reorganized for better clarity and usability. Test Center functions are now grouped on the left, while Test Center Group functions are grouped on the right. Key controls like dropdowns, add buttons, and icons for assigning organizations and managing group managers have been repositioned accordingly, and icon tooltips updated, creating a more intuitive workflow.
